Meal Plan

The WMUCC meal plan will be looked after by Winnipeg's own entrepreneur, restauranteur and instructor Chef Jason Perfumo and his local culinary team. This prestigious chef and his kitchen will ensure athletes have a wide variety of food options and great flavors to keep them energized and healthy during the competition.

Meal Plan - Breakfast
Breakfast will be served at Little Mountain Sportsplex each morning from 7.00am until 10.00am. It will include cereal, grains (bread, buns, bagels, muffins, pastries), yogurt, milk, juice, water, fruit, vegetables, eggs and a hot protein. Selection will be changed daily for variety

Meal Plan - Dinner
Dinner will be served at Little Mountain Sportsplex each evening from 4.00pm until 7.00pm. It will include salads, vegetables, fruits, water, juice, side dishes, deserts and will come with a unique fish and meat option each day. Selection will be changed daily for variety.
